RARC, a non-profit agency, works to provide services to persons with developmental disabilities. It is our goal to assist those in the RARC Family, helping them achieve their full potential, and helping them live a well-rounded, rich life!

RARC's mission is to provide employment opportunities to everyone who is a part of our Family, regardless of the individual's challenges and abilities.

Work opportunities include:

People in our program learn social skills, independence, and what it's like to receive a paycheck. They learn basic work principals and how to interact and work with the staff and with each other.

Learning work skills affords our Family with renewed self esteem, pride, and a sense of accomplishment. Working for a wage gives all of us a great sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Our goal is to help each individual reach his or her potential in all areas of their lives.
